I’m using an Alienware laptop with a gtx 1060, and I’m finding it the bare minimum, but it depends what you play. I played through Robo Recal on medium settings. I can play Pavlov ok depending on the map, and I can only play Dirt Rally on low settings(and it looks terrible).

The Rift S is a good choice, assuming you have a suitable gaming PC. If you don’t have a suitable gaming PC, the Oculus Quest is the better choice, although it doesn’t currently have those games.

You would have to check your computer specifications against the recommended specs for the rift. You can find those at oculus.com
