They are Ipx5, which means they are water resistance to splashes, sweat and low pressure water jets. There are no earphone products that are completely waterproof.

unfortunately you can't purchase a separate case for the earbuds but by the 24 month warranty given by Soundpeats. You are able to get a free replacement sent to you if you contract the team about your ongoing issue

it should work with any device that is bluetooth enabled with 4.0/ 4.2/ 5.0. Tho i have not used a kindle before.
