The soundpeats wireless ear buds is good for gym activities,even you are doing somersaults, but I have not try to swimming yet

No la the pods are not connected when they are in the case. I tried wearing one and put the other one in the pod but that wouldn’t work.

Could you try to reset it and see if it could be better?
1、Clear pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices.
2、Place back both earbuds into the charging caseand ensure they’re in charging status. Then long press the multifunction button of both earbuds for 10s, until the LED light of both earbuds flash white twice.
