1、Clear pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices.
2、Place back both earbuds into the charging case and ensure they’re in charging status. Then long press the multifunction button of both earbuds for 10s, until the LED light of both earbuds flash white twice.

And the following is the video to show you how to reset, pls refer it:

I haven’t measured the maximum distance but I’m able to move around a large room ok without dropping out.

There are 4 LED’s that show the charge status. Once they’re all light up you know the case is fully charged.

Ive got both. Truengine has a higher quality build to it. Feels premium. Both sound great. But I will learn towards the truengine as it had a higher bass and clarity. Both are great either way.
