Just some ideas to run through before deciding the ear pieces are faulty.
1/. Is the sound source a stable level of output, ie the bluetooth connection a stable output, connect the source to another use ie your car, partners bluetooth headset, is the listening levels stable ???,

Just some ideas to run through before deciding the ear pieces are faulty.
1/. Is the sound source a stable level of output, ie the bluetooth connection a stable output, connect the source to another use ie your car, partners bluetooth headset, is the listening levels stable ???,
2/. is the distance from the bluetooth source to the ear buds constant, a metre or less ?,
3/. have the ear pieces been fully charged.?
4/. remove the ear buds from the bluetooth memory in your music etc source, power down and reset the music source, if its your mobile, close & clear the music and the bluetooth programmes from your memory buffer, power the phone off, wait five and power back up, retest.
5/.have you tried the ear buds on another bluetooth source, ie your friends mobile and music source ? If you get sound fluctuation now, its a good chance there is an issue with the ear buds.
