I also have a Binge subscription, and i find i can still watch this just fine via the Fire TV Amazon Web Browser. So yes maybe not an app, but can watch via Firestick

If the fire stick has a HDMI port b then I canyb see why not? You might also be able to use your TVs video output?

No volume control on the Firestick Lite as yet, however the remote is more functional than its predecessor

The Firestick Lite is not 4K, however I have found the video quality better than the same apps used on my Panasonic 4K TV Netflix Amazon Prime etc hope this helps

Your question is unclear to me. Specifically to what app are you referring? Most apps are free but for some there can be a charge, eg ad-free hifi Spotify.
