This is a budget monitor that I picked up on a lightning deal. I haven't used a similar monitor before so I didn't know if I would be happy with the VA panel or overall quality considering the price. I was happy with the monitor and it did not have any faults or quality issues. I had to do some adjustments to the screen settings and make sure windows was set to 75hz refresh, but overall it's easy to use. They included a display port cable which was great ( some reviews said that an HDMI cable is included ) The screen bezel looks quite thin on the pictures (about 4mm) but the display starts about 10mm in from the edge. The monitor will go into power-saving mode when it does not detect a signal causing the power light to flash down onto the desk. You can stop it by pressing the power button. The menu is reasonably good and just as tedious as any other monitor I've used. I looked at a lot of monitors at retail stores and I think this one is great for price and picture quality in comparison. The short story is that it does what it says it will do, and the picture quality is good for the price from what I can tell. If you don't want to spend too much for a large all-purpose monitor then this may be fine for you.
