Customer Review

American readers would find this emotionally blackmailing book worthy of the title Bestseller. Sorry, not this reader. Compelling in its emotional re the family side, frustrating with its depiction of Mexico and is drug lord. Could not get the idea of the cultured drug lord killer right in my view, this book could have been set in any country as it really is not about the Mexican drug problem. It’s about power and control which is a drug in itself. Far too much irrelevant detail, not enough left for my imagination to work at.
