I've had the 2019 Oasis for about a week now and I'm very happy with my purchase, everything works as expected and it is a pleasure to read on.
I would like to offer some details that I feel may be helpful to some, especially when deciding between the 8GB and 32GB models, as I was initially unsure which model would be best for my needs (I went with the 8GB model and I am satisfied with my choice).
Firstly, right out of the box my 8GB Kindle Oasis had only 5.71GB of memory available (the remaining 2.29GB going to the operating system and the like).
Taking the average size of a book in my collection - 1.5MB - an 8GB Kindle will hold approximately 3,800 books (or, over 72 years worth of reading if you read a book a week).
Alternatively, by this logic a 32GB Kindle would be able to store roughly 19,800 books (or, over 379 years worth of reading if you read a book a week).
Note that if you happen to predominantly read books that are mostly image based then your Kindle will likely hold significantly less of those overall.
Hope that's helpful to some in making their choice!
