I set it up the first evening connecting via HDMI. Very easy and worked the first time. Looked good. sound fantastic and fits perfectly with our current QLED TV. However this was the last time it worked. Reset multiple times, restore factory settings on TV, switch on and off again. TV indicates the sound bar is playing but no sound comes out. Tried play via blue tooth but no sound. Indicates on the TV that Blue Tooth is connected but sound is then mute. Pairing video on BOSE website is of a previous model. Documentation included provide very little on setup and focus only on unpacking. Downloaded app does not work and did not discover the speakers or soundbar.
