The mug is great on the whole..But we have issue. Over the first 2 weeks the bases of the mugs that have the electrical contacts have partly discoloured.
We took pictures and sent them to Ember over 2 weeks ago and have followed up with further emails.
So far no reply.
At $75 each I would think their customer service would be better than that !!
