Doesn’t work to sync. Many people have had the same problem recording to different forums. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy charge 2. I’ve been unable to sync it with my phone, iPhone 6, iPhone 7, MacBook and a new Samsung for the last week. Even with support from the Fitbit themselves.
