I generally make 3-4 long trips to US and UK every year and over the past two year I have been having ankle plain and soreness on my legs as I get off the flight. I recently did a trip to UK and throughout the flight I was wearing them and I can't believe how comfortable these socks are and they work. I did not have any pain in the flight or after the flight. I felt relaxed even after the 23 hour end to end journey.
