The Roku express is a basic steaming device with some pretty good functionality and an easy to use UI. In Australia though, it's better to go with another TV box as most of the channels/content is geoblocked. You only get Netflix and youtube channels which are of actual use. But thankfully it has the option to stream directly from windows, Android and ios which means with an app like 'Web Video caster' you can browse and cast anything from the Web. Roku is a solid device, but at this prove point I'd go with Amazon fire as its a little more versatile in terms of using it with kodi, access to Amazon prime etc.
