Bought a Deebot 900. Could not connect to the app. I rang up Ecovac. Someone from call center pick up. They advised me to get repair, we have to contact the repair center, they would send out a shipping label, courier pick up, no time from for how long the repair would take. After repair, drop off by courier again. Ask where is the repair center, she was not able to advise me. However, she did tell me the repair center is closed until end of May due to Covid-19. I dont think that is reasonable shut down repair center, when most likely, the authorized repair guy is a working on his/her own.

It really doesnt give much confident to consumers. I will check with Fair Trading next week to see if that is legal.
