The setup process seems easy, and I got the product connected to my wireless network (I could see it on my router, and the cameras had an IP address) but they would not communicate with the Arlo portal. I contacted Arlo support multiple times and was given the same suggestions every time (have you tried turning it off and on?). Their customer service is very difficult to deal with, and more interested in reading from their scripts rather than getting any useful information from the customer to troubleshoot the problem.

The first item I've ever returned on Amazon but I don't regret doing so.
