Buying this uke on a whim, the pleasant surprise with this instruments voice, being a travel uke and thin bodied, you would be thinking compromise...
Well for $105ish what do you get ??
Good intonation, a loud and bright enough voice and a nice action,
The build looks good using a nice selection of timber, this light weight instrument has no sharp edges from frets or else where and feels nice in hand , feels a little narrow at the nut but will need to measure to check this
The finish looks un-coated OR it's a very flat or mat finished, the fingered board looks really dry but a coat of oil will remedy this
The tuning pegs are unbranded and work fine, smooth and accurate
As a budget uke, this really ticks most boxes, I'll be taking time to try different strings just to see how her voice responds
