This book delivers exactly what it advertises. It’s a summary of the most practical tools and insights of Tim and his podcast guests. It’s a great reference book and I intend to use my kindle highlights in the future. However what makes this book great (lots of topics touched in a relatively short number of pages) is also why I wouldn’t recommend it if you haven’t listened to many of Tim’s long-form interviews: it’s too surfacey if you haven’t “done the work”. You’ll get more out of these people by listening to the interviews in full first, repetition is key and practice makes perfect doesn’t it?
