First one purchased was faulty after 2-3 months, wouldn’t connect (Aqua light remained permanently on). Eventually (After much back and forth) they sent us a replacement Cubo that is obviously a ‘refurbished’ one not a NEW one. The replacement won’t connect to our account. Multiple communications with the tech team whilst we have a 4month old with no monitoring and hasn’t had for over a month now. Don’t buy!!, it’s not the headache you need when you have a new baby.
