I bought this to use with SKYPE. If you're short-sighted (as I am nowadays :( ) you'll need your glasses on to find the tiny switches, and with my small ears and dodgy hands had some trouble getting it positioned right (I had to find a mirror, too!) - but once in place it's so much easier than using the laptop's inbuilt mic and for the person receiving the call in England - I'm in Southern Australia, it was crystal clear - even when some feet from the computer. And my hubby had to use it for an instructional video, where it looked very sleek. Can certainly recommend, excellent value!
