I received my new e reader as above on 17th April. I really like it even though it is very different to my old one I had for 7 years. I have been using it successfully and 2 nights ago I once again charged it, used it for a little while and went to use it again and it wouldn’t switch on. Thought perhaps it was flat but definitely not. What can I now do about returning it either to be replaced or mended. I will be pleased to hear from you in due course as I miss not being able to use it.
