Loved this book. Mark Manson's attitude is one of brutal honesty and his perspective one that I identify with. His simplicity and humour in his writing makes this a easy to read book, and is recommended for anyone who wishes to successfully navigate the world in 2019 whilst still maintaining your sanity.
