Contact Third-Party Sellers

Third-party sellers handle customer service for orders shipped directly from them. You can contact a third-party seller both before and after placing an order.

To contact a third-party seller before placing an order:

  1. On the Product Detail page click on the name of the seller.
  2. On the next page, at the top right, click Ask a question.

    Note: Occasionally, the same product will be sold by different sellers. In these cases, click New and Used in the product listing page to see the list of available sellers. Then click the rating of the seller you want to contact to access the seller's At a glance page and select Ask a question.

  3. Fill out the contact form. Your message will be routed to the seller via the Buyer-Seller Messages in the Message Centre. They'll respond to you by e-mail within 2 business days.

To contact a seller after placing an order with them:


  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Locate your order and click on Problem with order.
  3. Choose your topic from list displayed and click on Contact seller.
  4. Fill out the form with all relevant information. Your message will be routed to the Buyer-Seller Messages in the Message Centre. They'll respond to you by e-mail within 2 business days.

To contact a seller to request an invoice for an item "Fulfilled by Amazon":


  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Locate your order and click on Invoice at the right side.
  3. Click on Contact seller for invoice if not shown here on the drop-down menu.
  4. Fill out the information request form. Your message will be sent to the seller via the Buyer-Seller Messages in the Message Centre. They'll respond to you by e-mail within 2 business days.
