Add and Manage Your Zip Account on Amazon

Learn how to link your Zip account to your account on Amazon.com.au to make purchases using 'Pay at Your Pace with Zip'

You will need to have an existing Zip account to be able to link it to Amazon. If you do not already have an account, visit https://zip.co/amazon to create one.

You can link your Zip account to Amazon.com.au when selecting a payment method during checkout, or through Your Amazon Wallet.

To link your Zip account on Amazon:

  1. Click Add your Zip Account under Pay At Your Pace.
  2. Enter the mobile number associated with your Zip account and click Get verification code.
    • Your mobile number will be shared with Zip and you will receive a verification code via SMS to verify your Zip account. The code will be valid for five minutes.
    • If you do not receive a code, click the Resend Code option.
  3. Enter the verification code and click Verify.
If your account is verified successfully, Pay with Zip will be displayed as an available option for you to select from while placing your order. The type of your Zip account (Zip Pay or Zip Money), along with your available balance in your Zip account will also be displayed.

Note:

  • When you enter your mobile number to verify and link your Zip account, if you've entered a number that has not been registered with Zip, you will see a message that there is no Zip account associated with the number. Check and re-enter the correct number associated with your Zip account.
  • If you have an existing Zip Pay and a Zip Money account, you can select your preferred account on the Zip website; this is your default account. Your default account will be linked and displayed on Amazon.com.au. You can change your default settings by signing into the Zip website or app.
  • You cannot edit the details of your Zip account on Amazon.com.au. If you need to update the details of your Zip account on Amazon, delete your existing Zip account from Amazon.com.au and re-link your Zip account with the updated details.
