If you signed up for Prime Video through your iTunes account and later signed up for Prime with Amazon, you are paying twice for Prime Video benefits.
You are paying iTunes for Prime Video and Amazon for Prime.
To resolve the issue and save A$ 2.99 or more, cancel your Prime Video by visiting iTunes. This will keep your Prime benefits (including fast delivery at no extra cost, Prime Video, Prime Reading and more).
You can also cancel Prime if you want to keep Prime Video only by visiting Your Account on Amazon.com.au.
Unfortunately, iTunes does not currently permit us to manage your subscriptions. Please visit iTunes to manage your subscription.
It can take up to 24 hours for iTunes to process a cancellation, so if you've already cancelled your Prime Video membership, no further action is needed.
