Amazon Pickup Locations

To collect your package when it arrives at the Pickup Location, you will be required to present a photo identification that exactly matches the name that you enter during checkout. Enter your complete name (or the complete name of the individual who will be collecting your package) as it appears on a valid government-issued photo identification.

Note: For ParcelPoint Pickup Locations, if you are unable to collect your package in person (as per the name entered while placing the order) and would like someone else to collect the package on your behalf, you must send an email to support@parcelpoint.com.au using your email ID registered with amazon.com.au. In your email, include the full name and phone number of the person who will be collecting the package on your behalf. The person collecting the package must provide a valid government-issued photo identification of their own at the Pickup Location to collect the package.

You'll receive an e-mail notification with pick-up instructions when your package is ready for collection. Please ensure you check your spam or junk folders, and if these e-mails have been directed there, add the e-mail address to your contacts or safe list.

We always aim to provide you with accurate opening hours for Amazon Pickup Locations, however, during holiday periods we suggest you re-confirm with the location to make sure you can collect your package when you need it.
