FABULOUS PRODUCT AND FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This product has helped me care for my bedridden husband in a more loving way. His comfort is of paramount concern to me and he always bristled with regular room-temperature wipes and the sanitizing spray. Now, he settles down and lets me change and clean him much faster. Makes me very happy that he is more comfortable. Had a little hiccup with the first one maile - not the vendor's fault, but a packaging problem - The vendor stepped up immediately, even sending me a new, properly packaged unit. Can't ask for more than that - I didn't even ask for that level of service and I got it anyway. Always wonderful to find a company that does not make me turn into a flaming b---- to get attention and to do the right thing. I highly recommend these people and their product. Just a side note - these seem to heat from the top down. Adult wipes are a touch too large, but I fit one package into it anyway - just had to let the sides curl up a bit - It seems to be working.

Very Useful! But can be Improved

Nine months in use and still working properly. As you can see in the images the part were you pull the wipes became yellowish and one part has been teared off. But the heater still works and the wipes are warn when you pulled them out.
My little one loves it. If you clean your baby in the day, no big deal but if you do it in the middle of the night, you will see that he is not very happy when the cold wipe gets in touch with their skin. This warms slightly heats the wipes just enough so when enters in contact with the baby he will not be disturbed. The hot is just the exact amount and you will see that the wipes are still wet and do not dry. There is no need to add water and is very easy to use. We use Sam’s wipes and the size fit properly but because of the amount of wipes, you need push a little harder the lid to close the wipe warmer and for the first 3-5 wipes will be a little difficult to pull but after that everything will be ok.

When I had my first child, I didn’t want to go overboard with baby stuff. I read one person’s opinion that a wipe warmer was unnecessary, so I decided not to get one. My son pooped every single time he ate, including the 3 or 4 times he was up at night as a newborn, and changing his diaper each time was a nightmare! Still, I persevered. When I had my daughter, I stuck to my plan, and again went without. I recently had my third child, and finally realized it may not be “necessary” but it would sure make nighttime diaper changes less traumatic for everyone involved, especially my sweet little baby, so I finally got one. Needless to say, I’m glad I did.
The hiccapop works like a charm - it takes the edge off but the wipes aren’t too hot. My baby doesn’t scream through diaper changes, even though he poops as often or more than his older brother did. I have been using Water Wipes, which don’t feed through the top because they’re not continuous/perforated, but I just open the lid when I need one and that has worked great. I added a little water and the wipes have stayed perfectly damp. All in all, I’m very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone who’s on the fence about buying a wipe warmer. You won’t regret this little piece of luxury.

Burnt wipe

Product started out well. The wipes were medium warm for the first few you pull out which is fine for us. We followed the instructions and added water to the wipes and didnt overload the bin. Bin stayed locked and the moisture seemed to hold well but after thw first week, i opened it up and noticed a burnt wipe on top of the stack (see pictures). I immediately u plugged the device and submitted a return. I will not risk having a product that could potentially cause a fire near especially near the crib. Good idea for a product but not worth it

i should not have buy this product. i am really surprised how this one got such good reviews not sure if i received a defective piece.This product is not worth of one star even so guys dont waste your money.
It supposed to warm the wipes which is not from any angle , at the same time wipes are drying too.

I've been through couple wipe warmers already and I thought that I would never find a good one until this one came out. First of all, not that it is most important, but it's super cute. It serves the job of the wipe warmer and doesn't disappoint. It keeps wipes warm and not too hot like others. It keeps wipes moist but doesn't overdry or burn like others. Container itself is sturdy so shouldn't break like others.
I'm happy, baby is happy, 5 stars!

I have been using warmers for my handicap son for over 15 years. This by far is the best one I have ever purchased. Number one the lock works the best. I dont really use the night light feature but I love the fact i can click on it and see how many wipes are available for use. I love the top warming effect instead of being warm from the bottom. We use them at least 3 times a day and generally go though a pack of wipes per day. They keep them warm and just love it. BTW. I have been using costco wipes for 8 years and they are awesome!!! My sons skin is very sensitive and they are large, thick and soft and very good on sensitive skin. And yes they pull right through the opening!! couldn't be more pleased with this warmer..excellent value and buy.

Defective Items

Being a Prime member, I received the item very quickly. I ordered 2 of these but apparently, they were defective. I had followed the instructions that came with the manual by adding some water as well as to letting it sit for about 3 hours as it requires to warm up. What I found out is that the adaptor head that plugs into the wall was very very hot to the touch and the warmer was not working at all, thus it is defective.

I originally decided to go with this branding and purchase was due to it being an Amazon Best Seller as well as having the highest rating of 4.4 out of 5.0 stars. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with my transaction and have decided to return the defective item.

Essential part of our changing routing!

After three years, two kids, and hundreds of diaper changes, I can verify that this product is fantastic and an essential part of our baby gear! We first got it for changing at night, and it performed great right away! Our son was able to be changed in our bed while nursing and stay asleep because of the temperature of the wipes.
We have bought two wipe warmers now and we love them! The lock feature is nice because it keeps the bulk of the wipes in as you pull more out, but even without the locks engaged, the design is so good the wipes still come out with no problem.
Anyways, me and my family would highly recommend this product because of the temperature that the wipes come out at. Seriously, have you ever taken a wipe straight out of the container and put it on your leg or a sensitive area of something? Go ahead, try it! It shocks you fam. It is night and day with this wipe warmer.
Help your precious baby relax during their diaper change... but not too much!💩

This wipe warmer does its job fairly well. If you put a regular sized stack of baby wipes in this warmer, the top 1/3 would be warmed but anything below that fell woefully short of a warm wipe. It didn't become an issue for my daughter because she wasn't picky nor bothered by a lukewarm wipe, but if you are looking for a very warm wipe for sensitive babies, you might be disappointed. The lock feature is nice, but not entirely necessary for babies/kids to stay out of the wipes, more for me to be able to pull out the wipes without the top completely opening up every time. I thought I would care for the the light up function for those middle of the night changing, but I rarely used the interior light to see the number of wipes, instead I would just life up the top and check the wipe level when the morning came.
