Heat element doesn’t work - cold wipes - company doesn’t stand behind

Don’t go by Amazon rating on this product, either they are all paid reviews or received free product in return of good review. I Received defective or used unit. Upon plugging in and following the instruction added some water. The red light came on so I gave it about 24 hours to moisture and heat but when pulled all wipes were even more cold compared to when they were placed, the heating element on this doesn’t work.

I had ordered this brand upon such a good reviews and rating but it was really poor experience from my end.
My newborn cried a lot during diaper changes due to cold feel of wipes and since this didn’t work I had to make a run to Walmart to pick up something that made things way much easier.

Update:
I reached out to customer service and they do not stand behind there product. I would recommend to avoid this brand and get something cheaper. Price tag made me believe that it would be high quality whereas is was completely opposite.

I've been through couple wipe warmers already and I thought that I would never find a good one until this one came out. First of all, not that it is most important, but it's super cute. It serves the job of the wipe warmer and doesn't disappoint. It keeps wipes warm and not too hot like others. It keeps wipes moist but doesn't overdry or burn like others. Container itself is sturdy so shouldn't break like others.
I'm happy, baby is happy, 5 stars!

I was attracted to the make of this product and as winter for New Zealand is near i thought this one be a great help for my winter baby due in July. While this product says low voltage required it does not give specifics, the cord isn't even labeled with the required voltage. You dont know until you have made purchase that it's a 110 voltage and not suitable for anything higher which you find on the bottom of the box it comes in or the card that comes in the box. If you live in a country other than the usa, i would advise to not purchase because fixing or changing it only applies to the u.s it seems. Voltage limits should be written clearly outside box and on the cord warnings. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Dry Wipes and Seal Coming Off

PROS:
1. The light is nice and I like how it turns off with the timer.
2. There is nothing you need to insert to keep the wipes moist. One less thing to remember.

CONS:
1. It didn't take long to discover the wipes on top were dry every time we used them. We only used the wipes warmer at night, so maybe the wipes sitting all day without use is too long?
2. After 6 months of primarily nighttime use, the rubber "seal" (which already didn't seal enough to keep the top wipes moist...see point #1), started tearing off.

I was going to give a 3 rating, but considering it's coming apart already, I couldn't recommend this product to anyone.

They like to reply to reviews and say (overrr and overrr) that this just knocks the chill off to prevent burning or dry out of wipes. Baloney. By the time you grab 1 and move to your baby's bottom the wipe is very cold again. And we're talking seconds/inches. Ridiculous. For the price I hoped for much better. I got a refund, sent it back and then bought the much more affordable, MUCH BETTER wipe warmer and it warms up the wipes beautifully (also from the top) WITHOUT drying out even one. Don't waste your money or your time. Google warmest wipe warmer without dry out. And avoid this one if it pops up in that search because it would be lying. This thing needs some serious upgrades.

Its a great product and makes things so much easier and when It stopped working recently the company sent me a replacement free of charge within two days! Not even mildly warm second wipe

I’m not sure why this warmer pops up on so many review sites as number 1. This doesn’t warm past the first wipe that’s awaiting use. Good luck if there’s any need for more than one wipe because that second and third aren’t even pretending to be warm. Which leads me to wipe number 1. The first wipe is what I call barely not cold, which by the time you pull it out and it travels through the air to your baby’s bum, it’s hard to tell if it’s even considered warm by that point. The manufacturers of this warmer seem to know they have an issue and must get this criticism a lot based on the fact that when you open the box about a hundred different pieces of paper come out clarifying how the warmer shouldn’t make the wipes hot as that would be dangerous. It’s as if they are trying to condition you early that their non functioning wipe warmer is fine and you’re stupid if you think otherwise. Well, luckily I’ve owned better wipe warmers which actually warm all of the wipes to a perfect temperature that doesn’t hurt the baby but is also not cold by the time it reaches the bum. Look elsewhere. What a waste of money.

I do not recommend this warmer because the opening where the diaper wipes come out is not taut enough, resulting in multiple wipes coming out each time, all stuck to each other, unless you use two hands to extract each wipe. If your baby is anything like every other baby, you do not have two hands available to grab a diaper wipe. So you’ll be stuck with a chain of wipes between you and the warmer, shaking your arm until they separate and then you’ve got wipes scattered around the place and wasted.

I ended up getting the prince lionheart warmer instead. It works.

Wanted to love this product. We’ve been using it for 2 weeks now. Have tried 3 different brands of baby wipes and none of them work with dispensing property. Each time we pull a wipe, the one behind it doesn’t follow and stays in the reservoir. We’ve gotten to the point where we don’t even try & keep the warmer reservoir unlocked and just lift the lid each time to grab a wipe out.

The warming element worked great in the beginning but now I’m starting to notice the wipes aren’t getting as warm as they used to. & its only been 2 weeks!
My hubby is fed up with having to separate each wipe when he needs to do the changing since the dispenser doesn’t work effectively.

Overall disappointed with this product and do not recommend.

Fits a lot if wipes but it doesn't warm up well

I've been using the wipe warmer for 2 months now, this was a replacement for an old one I used for almost 3 years (different brand). I am a bit disappointed with the product and I would definitely not recommend. The one thing I like is that I am able to fit en entire bag of Costco brand wipes in it, I have to force it a little bit, but I can fit them all. What I don't like is
1. The locking system kind of sucks when I just restock and it's full, i feel like im going to break it.
2. And this is the biggest disappointment, it doesn't warm up as good as other brands. The wipes feel warm when pulled put of the warmer, but the temperature is very low, almost cold. By the time the wipe reaches my babies butt, the wipe is already cold.
I feel like it's almost pointless to have this since my baby still complains the wipe is cold, specially in the morning.
I definitely do not recommend it, and I will not be pursuing again.
