Mine arrived with an American power supply.

I will now have to find a suitable replacement locally, which is annoying.

So many things to love here:
- image quality (Some people don’t know that you can change the image quality to 1080p in settings and therefore don’t think the quality is good- look at night vision pic below)
- night vision
- panning ability on phone
- zooming ability on phone
- filming and picture taking
- sound alerts
- owner control

But there are a couple negatives:
- when it is wall mounted, cannot see directly below camera. I have to put it on the railing to see my son in the crib, even at the lowest angle
- moonlight is challenging to control, although my son does like it. I still haven’t mastered the “automatic shut off after 15 mins” as it continues to rotate and I can’t stop it
- sometimes freezes, giving me a panic attack in the middle of the night when I check and see he’s not breathing (this may just be my WiFi)
- the lullabies and stories are sometimes odd, loud, and poor quality

This is my 3rd iBaby camera, not because I had issues, but because i had more needs. We have the iBaby setup in both kids rooms and playroom and they all work seamlessly. Having the ability to wall mount is great - this keeps the camera up and out of the way (not taking space on the shelf). Here are the pros to the camera:
- Great day time and night time viewing.
- 1080 is very crisp; we tried other cameras that we ended up returning to the store.
- Tilt and Pan is great - the ability to quietly pan the room is great.
- Remote viewing - great to be able to check in on your family while away from the house.

Nice Features
- Room temp - this tells me that our thermostat works (but not necessary for my needs).
- Two-way audio speakers - we dont use this because it freaks my kids out (but funny to watch). If you child is comfortable it hearing your voice without seeing you - then this is a good feature.

We have worked with iBaby support and they have been extremely helpful and responsive to emails.

Note: We have strong wifi and internet; the camera works seamlessly.

Note2: We do not use the built-in moonlight soother as our kids are older. The feature works and see how it could be helpful. The higher you place the camera in the room the less useful it is.
