When i got sick originally i weighed 180 lbs...not so much fat(size 12) but i worked in the yard/garden many hrs a day. I ended up being 95lbs.
Then i got better, i put on 30 lbs! Then 35 but i noticed my body lol. It was all fat and yuk. I asked my dr if i could exercise...he said sure,but dont get crazy.
I love these bands. I still feel bad many days, still weak but i can even sit and at least do SOMETHING and i have noticed a change in my arms and legs, i in fact, can walk a mile now.
No matter how bad i am feeling, i make sure to use these bands at least 10 mins a day. Even if its sitting in a chair with my oxygen on. It makes me feel better mentally to do something.
I use the lowest 1 but i have hopes of doing more.

+ loops seem sturdy enough - although probably won't use the lightest ones
- booklet is too small and has tiny type - can't tell much about the exercises that are shown.
(Fortunately my physical therapist provides handouts to illustrate the exercises.
