A bit trepidatious ordering these as I have been disappointed by similar items. They arrived very quickly.
I restore die cast toys and need something accurate but quick and easy for minute dots of colour on a model. I don't want to be skiddling about with paint, brushes etc etc when I just need a quick dab.
These pens fit the part brilliantly. Colours are vibrant and a great selection. They dry easily and don't react with the gloss fixative...all round I LOVE THEM.
If the designers read these revues, please, please produce the same thing but with a finer point....I will sing your praises whenever I use them...
Highly recommended product.

These are perfect for drawing on rocks - the purpose I bought them for. The colours are sharp and the nib size is just right. The colour glides on easily and can be secured with a spray of varnish ready to take part in the kindness project of leaving painted rocks for children and others to find.

I used Artistro paint pens with my grandkids, Miss 12 and Mr 8, and my daughter in law. We have been decorating terra cotta plant pots. We tried regular paints previously and it wasn't successful with kids. They loved these pens and could draw and colour in their art works on the pots. Daughter in law and I loved that we could also do more intricate patterns with the extra fine tip which didn't seem to get blunt. Also the paint dried quickly so we didn't really run the risk of smudging work.

They were the cheapest we could find anywhere, and I can't imagine finding any better by pricepoint....or for any more money to tell the truth. I'll be getting the bigger box soon so we have more colours. Can't wait to try them on some rocks for my garden :)

My family is full of little artists that are very particular with their work. These professional style kneadable erasers make erasing fine detail easy. This is a good price for 4.

These work just as well if not better than some of the brand name ink blending brushes but at a fraction of the cost. I already have a set of brand name brushes and was worried before ordering these as I’ve previously had a dud set of cheaper brushes. After reading reviews I went for it and couldn’t be happier. In fact these are my new favourite brushes and I’m going to order some more.

I haven't used brushes yet, I purchased them for blending ink the bristles are tiny and fine, they will do the job, I was disappointed as their all the same size I would have liked a smaller one included to use it for blending into the spine area for pages in journals etc

My daughter had a lot of fun tracing the different characters, and also those she likes on an A4 print out.
Quite an interesting concept.
Not sure if it's her age, but it's a little too simple for her as she is already learning to draw from YouTube. So perhaps it would suit younger kids who love to draw but can't yet follow YouTube lessons

My daughter (7) loves it. The light is bright enough to trace through multiple sheets of paper and it is quite robust. The templates offered on line add to the value and creativity it offers.
I was quite disappointed however that it is too small to fit a standard A4 sheet of paper. I chose this product specifically as it was advertised to fit the paper inside the frame. Had a known it wouldn't I would have chosen another brand. I was also disappointed to find that the product arrived with a deep scratch on the tracing surface around 2cm long. It doesn't affect performance but demonstrates poor quality control.

Great concept and I was looking forward to giving this as a gift to my daughter. Excitement led to disappointment when we opened this and started using it. The light is very dull and barely noticeable in a well lit room, so difficult to trace well. Improves as night time approaches and the room darkens, works reasonably well in a dimly lit room. Included pictures are good.

I liked the nice case the pens came in. A good range of colors to use. You are given the choice to use either a brush or fine tip or both to color pictures. The only thing I did not like was using the brush part as the color was not as strong as other coloring pens.

Very nice markers! Colours don't match caps however, the caps are paler, I knew this from watching reviews before hand and I encourage you to do the same so you know what colours you will receive. Very juicy, lots of ink,and the brush tips is a good quality.
My only issue was a small error on the colour sheet included. It has marker R26 called Honey Tonoimo on their swatch and R28 called Colocasia. On the Markers themselves colour R28 is Colocasia Tonoimo and R26 is just Honey. No big deal but thought Ohuhu may like to know this for future printing.

Ohuhu's brush-tip markers were my first foray into alcohol markers, something that had been a dream of mine for nearly a decade!

Quick tips for beginners (like me)
1) Store your alcohol markers horizontally - this ensures an even distribution of ink between both tips of the marker.
2) Buy the right paper to use with them - chuck some marker paper in your shopping cart along with your Ohuhus before you check out! Marker-friendly paper is usually labelled as 'blender', 'blending' or 'marker' pads and papers. Like any alcohol marker, these puppies will eat right through your regular copier/printer paper.

I purchased the 72-set of brush and chisel tip markers from Ohuhu and I adore them. Vibrant colors, easy to pickup and use and exceptional pricepoint. I would recommend these markers over Copics for creating a strong set of markers for your base collection.

They come in a sturdy canvas-like bag which makes them

I love love love these markers. Such a great price for a quality product, Ive got a couple of premium brand alcohol markers and these hold up very well to them. My only suggestion would be to have some lighter colours in the set and to also have both cool and warm tones of each colour (the yellow especially all seem to lean to the warm side) The skin tones set also needs some light tones, the lightest ones are yellow ish and greenish, and then the lightest "skin" shade is very orange and becomes colour saturated very quickly if you are doing multiple layers or lots of blending.

Ive seen/read some people have gotten them and had some of the writing rubbing off or one of the markers already being dry but mine were perfect (and if they weren't Ive heard that customer service to sort it would be good.)

I make detailed wooden ship models with intricate paint challenges. I have tried lots of brushes over the years (from cheap to very expensive) and these are hands down the best. Because they keep their shape and hold paint well they are a joy to work with. For fine detail I just touch the tip of the brush to the object, and these brushes have just the right balance of stiffness and flex to make that work. These will be my go-to brushes from now on.

I work in 1:148 scale so it is important to have brushes of reasonable quality. These are very well priced and as such I had no great expectations. I have a great set for very intricate stuff and these I thought I would try out. Very easy to hold, they arrived with several needing trimming of stray hairs and one with uneven shape. Apart from that they hold the paint well, distribute evenly and the shape of the body is excellent for the hand.

Overall well recommended if you have a sharp pair of scissors to rectify the bristle shapes and strays. Great value.

Simple really, buy this product, you will NOT be disappointed, the paint itself gives a good solid finish with out to much repeating over the same area, good solid single lines, my advice is, if your doing rough surfaces, try not to press hard, I think it might just wear down the pen nib quickly, I'm trying my hand at mannequin paint art so these are perfect for that application...anyway, there good, so if your the artist that want's awesome colours and ease of use, these are the ones, just follow the simple instructions about pre priming the nibs and your good to go.
Happy art work everyone.

Intensity of colours amazing and easy to use. I am learning Pyrography and experimented combining wood burning and painting. The Artistro Paint Pens were fantastic to use on wood and did not "bleed" into the grain. Highly recommend this product.

For the price, not good
Some of these dont even work, which you get to discover half way through your artwork. Some dont even seem to have paint in them, or are dried out, maybe old stock. Some are missing wrapping, look like they have been returned before. Either way, for nearly $60, total rubbish

Great colour range in both brands of Pens. Lovely fine tips that are good for detailing. They work well on paper too. The natural colours in the Tooli-Art pens are really nice for contrast and the medium size tips outline and fill in well.
I have been using the Posca pens which I love, however I would certainly recommend the Tooli-Art and Artistro pens as a much more economical option.

After unwrapping, shaking and priming (slowly!) these worked well. Don't know for how long, only just started using them. It is a kind of sticky ink, and takes longer to dry than acrylic paint. They are not particularly suitable for blending or shading techniques. However as a detail adder, or for use in designs, butterflies, folk art, rock painting etc. they should be fine. Nice solid, pure colours. Easy flow. No mess. A fairly useful addition to the artist's array, just don't expect them to everything acrylic paints will do. .But if you're into folk art, there's no brushes to wash, no palette to clean, Cool!

All paint pens need priming first, but these seemed to be ready quicker than some other brands I have used. I have several different Artistro sets and I find them all to be quality at a really good price. The pens are vibrant and the paint flows smoothly. They are not at all blobby. You do not need to spend a fortune to get really good paint pens. I am more than happy with these and will be looking to buy this brand again when these run out.

The paint is vibrant and smooth. These are a great paint pen. These work very well as embellishments over both wax based and oil based pencils in adult colouring books which is what I bought them for. Recommended.
But something to be aware of, it takes a LOT of pumps to get the paint going so if the paint isn't coming out, keep pumping. LOL.

I bought these because they were half the price I have seen in stores. They have great colours and tend to last a long time. The thickness of the tips works really well as they colour in larger areas faster than our other markets. Quality at a great price point.

These are great for the price. I did find some of the lighter colours definitely need to be painted on a light colour when painting on rocks. They aren’t very thick. I had to base coat my black rock with white. Other than that they are definitely worth having for the price. There is a knack for using them in comparison to the posca pens and they do blend o.k. with water. Don’t add too much as they aren’t that thick, just use a damp paint brush and work quickly. Make sure you shake them well and often. I do wish you had a label on the pen saying it’s the Skin/Earth Colours as some are very close to the normal colour range and I think I’ve got a few mixed up and now my medium tip range doesn’t necessarily match the 0.7mm Extra Fine tip range (30 in each

Thanks Troy for your wonderful service and followup to see if I was happy with my Tooli-Art paint pens and also with the service regarding ordering. Happy with everything. Very fast delivery and happy with the product. Just wish I had read more carefully that these were all Earth Tones. It was my daughters hard saved money and she really wanted the brighter colours. I thought these would have the bright colours with just a few additional earth tones to the 30 pack. Looks like she will have to save some more :-(
