Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings using a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The machine learned model takes into account factors including: the age of a review, helpfulness votes by customers and whether the reviews are from verified purchases.
This is a good book if read carefully. IF you implement all the lessons of this book without thinking - you will become one of those useless person who is a "YES SIR" type. But there are good qualities to learn from this book too.
What I do I like about this book is everlasting suggestion to how create better human interaction (and way go deeper before create connection). Its great for beginners to start socialise and win people around you. The best thing to read this book is re-read anytime you need to remind you some key points.
It is said that the more things change, the more they stay the same. This book was written 80 or so years ago. The advice is just as sound now. People don't really change that much. Good to read once a year.
Life has some simple rules and this book delivers them simply without lecturing or preaching the obvious. It is the little things we don't do daily that makes the difference, Dale packaged the little things together here. Great Read.
