This is not Eddiehalls journal but one for you to fill in yourself... basically a bunch of blank forms that were bonded together and Eddie Hall put his name on... nothing you can't download off the internet and print up 121 times. Definitely not worth 10.00 +
Best and most simple way to keep track of workout regiments. Just follow the steps and invest the time to set the workout routines and after that everything just falls into place for you when documenting your workout. First month of use I was able to alter things and in 5 weeks added about 8 lbs. of muscle because I just wasn’t seeing things that was obvious that needed to be changed. My routine had gotten to repetitive for muscle memory. SO GET THIS BOOK !!!!!!!!!
It's a new twist on training diaries. Each exercise has it's own page, so subsequent workouts you can see the weight, reps and number of sets from your previous workout motivating you to do a few more reps, more weight or more sets than the last time. Simple, but brilliant. I wish I had thought of it long ago.
