To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
A lot has already been said about Quentin Tarentinos Directorial debut, it is beautifully constructed, written with lots of the things that would go on to be trademarks, like snappy pop culture dialouge borrowing heavily from the 1950's kitsch americana and with a great soundtrack. Definately one of the movies that all people who are serious about film should see, and already gave hints as to the talent that was about to be unleashed in Pulp Fiction.
Looks great on Blu-Ray, I was expecting worse for an old-ish movie. Still such a classic film with some of the best one-liners ever. And the soundtrack in the movie is just brill under Dolby Digital. It's such a raw and involving movie. Watching it on b-ray, really makes the difference.
