I've ordered this three times & it came with a seal (silver L'Occitane on the inside) and in one or two days. I just ordered this direct from L'Occitane. There is a difference. I can't say one is better than the other, but this one has a stronger scent reminiscent of Nivia. The one from L'Occitane has a creamier (but not thicker) feel. This is probably a counterfeit, but it is a very nice lotion. My skin loved it.
I have several L'Occitane products. I love the ones that are scented with Almond. Thought I would try this one. Not a fan. I kept to use on my legs of an evening at home because the moisturizing properties are so good, but the perfume does not suit me. It may suit others quite well as I think this is a matter of personal preference. (The scent, to me, is a heavy floral and sort of matronly. It does tone down after some time passes from application.) I won't be ordering this one again, but I love the Almond scented products. Their hand lotion is the bomb!
I wanted to buy something to help moisturize my body, especially because I am pregnant and also have dry skin. I give it a 4⭐ because it is not as rich as I thought. It does moisturize your skin but not as intense as the almond body balm. It leaves the skin with a beautiful glow and clean smell though ! I still love their products.
I actually hate the baby powder/rosey/floral scent. Admittedly it smells like a high end baby powder though lol. It’s not unbearable but, I’d rather it be unscented/neutralized or have a masculine scented version. The moisturizer itself feels amazing though
Not my kind of lotion. I like the lotion and it works but I think I could find a similar one half the price. Not as much lotion in it as I'd like and a little does not go along way. I have to us a lot just for my legs. I didn't like that it would leave my hands and legs all oily but I guess that's because of all the oils it has in it. Too pricey for me but a good lotion if you have $40 to spend and like oily lotions.
Very wonderful moisturizer. I am giving it 4 stars, b/c I'm not sure that I'd buy it again at this price, but it is a nice product. It reminds me of a faint baby smell to it, which I like. Being pregnant, I am even more picky about my scents and lotions and this feels pretty luxurious and silky.
Love the smell & love this on my feet but I needed to cover them with socks. It is a bit too greasy for me. My skin doent soak it up well. It helped my rough elbows. So, kind of a mixture of feelings but I wont reorder.
Having used many of the L'Occitane products. I'm pleased with this Ultra Rich Body Cream as it does what it claims, really working well on dry skin. The reason I didn't give it five stars is that I wanted a lavender scent and ordered this, knowing that it didn't have that scent and hoping that I'd like the cream even without the lavender scent. I like the cream, but I do wish it came in lavender.
