================ Product Quality: Excellent. Packaged well and branded well and feels like a premium product.
================ Performance: Excellent. It did the trick to keep my hair feeling moisturized all day. This in turn helps to reduce frizz! Although I have short hair, I do get frizz and my hair is very thick – so this product really helps me maintain that and manage it better – and keep it looking great all day throughout the work day!
================ Overall: Great product and works especially well with people with thick hair. I know most products don’t do the trick for my hair, but this was an exception. The ONLY gripe is the price unfortunately – it’s not a cheap product and isn’t something that I can see a lot of people buying as it’s not very affordable. Fix this and this is a 5 star product.

4.0 out of 5 starsLovely Fragrance, nice product but too expensive for what it is

This product goes a long way if you use the smallest amount. I used it after I showered on my damp/towel-dried hair. It has a soft, fresh and not overpowering scent to it, and it is very easy to massage into the hair without it tangling or becoming a hot mess. The moisturizing cream left my hair smelling great as well as not feeling too weighed down with product. It has a nice luster to it. However, the price tag is what makes me want to go into the shower and hide in the corner and rock back and forth. I was hoping for some really stand-out effect for this kind of money but I am positive you can achieve the same result with many other hair products out there and pay 1/3 of the price. In conclusion I think it's a nice product, but like so many other beauty products, it uses a well marketed brand name to convince people to pay a fortune for what is essentially no better than a typical $20 equivalent product. The margin on these must be huge.
Wow...just wow. I love how my hair feels. My hair is naturally curly so it is flyaway and coarse. On top of that I swim three times a week. My hair gets dry and flyaway. Since I started using this product the difference is amazing. My hair is SOFT, really soft, I love to touch it. There is a downside of the high price but I only use a VERY little amount. Note: Start with a small amount - you can always use more the next time if it is not enough. What worked for me: Shampoo and towel dry - squeeze out excess moisture. Put a small amount of Oribe Supershine in your palm, rub your palms together first then distribute the product through your wet hair with your hand/fingers so it is evenly distributed. Comb and style. I do not blow dry. The instructions say to add to dry hair but I did not have any success with this.
Update: After using this for over a month I noticed my hair is so silky that it doesn't hold the curls as well. I resorted to using styling products to hold the curl...and have to use lots of it. LOL never thought I would complain of too soft hair. If I had straight or wavy hair I would pay the price the Oribe Supershine because it is amazing, I like my curls though so after this tube I will go back to my other product. Maybe keep some on hand for special occasions. :)
4.0 out of 5 starsGreat product - best for long hair

I have short hair, and I probably don't benefit from this conditioner as much as someone with longer hair would. However, even on short hair it's easy to see the benefits.
I followed the instructions and used the conditioner in conjunction with my blow dryer. When it was worked in and dry, my hair did feel softer, and looked very "put together" sonto speak. It wasn't all fluffy and puffy like it usually is after washing. My wife also said she quite liked the smell!
When I put my product in, I feel like it went in to and held its shape better than usual. There weren't as many stray hairs as usual.
I like this product - I'll probably use it on special occasions as daily use would be ineffective on my short hair. I can, however, definitely see some potential benefits for much longer hair.
4.0 out of 5 starsLike the natural air dry after application

Really nice packaging - and works well too. This moisturizing cream not only controlled my frizz (the humidity in the summer air makes my hair crazy) but also gave nice shine and thickness/volume to my hair. Put it in wet hair and blow dry or air dry. Many other products I have tried asks you to BLOW DRY. I usually do not blow dry my hair because they are thinning as such, so really like that I can just air dry after applying this moisturizer.
Because of the cost though, this is going to be my occasional use product.
4.0 out of 5 starsGood product if you want a little treat

Meaning: very unpleasant... awful, terrible... and that is SO not the case!
This ORIBE Hair Care Supershine Moisturizing Crème really adds moisture to you hair, either wet or dry applications. The packaging as well is very pretty, but the product is pricey. Not something I could afford to purchase on a regular basis. I am still impressed how good my hair looked after using it, very shiny. It wasn't greasy either. Which some cremes can be. I recommend this product to anyone that wants to treat themselves or can afford it.
4.0 out of 5 starsleaves hair smooth, silky and smelling nice;

What a lovely product - rich and silky in your hair. It has a very pleasant smell, and helps control and style your hair, leaving it silky and glossy for the day. The bottle indicates to use small amounts during the day also, to help control fly-aways. A bit expensive, but seems to work as indicated.
Great product, but the price seems a bit steep in spite of its effectiveness. I have thick curly hair that was drying out big time from the nyc weather and aging. My usual humectant products were helping temporarily, but not lasting. The Oribe leave in conditioner made my hair noticeably softer, frizz-free, and shiny. Hesitant to say I'd buy again at $50 tube, but the claims are true. This stuff really is the holy grail for dry hair!
If you’ve never learnt how to give yourself a perfect blow out this is the answer. I finally got it right, thanks to this. I used to flat iron all the time. However, I don’t think it’s all that moisturizing ever since I started letting my hair down naturally curly. And helps but doesn’t solve frizz. I add Oribes curl moisturizing + gloss serum that saves the day but still a little frizz. And I find that masks make a bigger difference. So with that and the combination of price I will only be using this leave in for blowouts only.
