The bag size, material, pockets, mesh lining, wheels work perfectly. Stitching is sturdy and the bag looks very nice. The problem is the telscoping handle. It works with small, spring loaded metal pins that actuate with a button on the top of the handle. The metal pins stick in place either preventing the handle from extending or preventing it from collapsing. The fix: open the bag, run your hand down the metal down tubes, find the stuck pin, and manually depress it. I returned this bag and bought another brand w/a more robust handle. It's inexpensive because the handle is cheaply made. Would NOT buy this bag or brand again.
The size does not include the useless outside pockets, which make the suitcase too large for many carry on requirements. Further, since the size is taken up with the outside pocket, the internal room is very tiny. I can find no use for this. After returning from the trip I bought it for, but was unable to use, the short return window had closed, so out my money as well.
It came with a tear in the liner and I sent it back. Also the support rails that give the back of the case it's rigidness so it can stand up are inside the case under the liner. This means there is not a flat bottom to pack your belongings in. All your clothes would be pressed against these rails.
This product is defective in several ways. First of all, the handle broke during the third time I used it. Second, the larger bag is poorly designed. It won't stand up. It falls over frontwards even when it is half-filled. Absolutely useless.
I was very pleased with this when it arrived. It looks well-made, and the interior and zippers are very nice. However, during my first trip with it, the pull-out handle suddenly became stuck and wouldn't pull out at all. This meant that I had to carry my 30-pound bag all over multiple airports, and the actual (sewn-on) handles are very rough on the hands.
This is an okay bag, especially for the price, but only get it if you don't need the extendable handle.
I worked on this luggage for three weeks to get rid of the odor. It was outside and fresh and so much Febreze I was afraid I Added a pound at the weight. Thought it was usable by the time I was ready to travel, but when I unpacked at the hotel my clothes smelled awful - that chemical oily smell. Also when full, the suitcase tips over unless you lean it against the wall.
Walls are very thin. Two board slats are in the bottom of suitcase . I don't think they would give much support. I put cardboard in bottom to add strength. I need it right away this don't have time to return
Suit case is very expensive to return ! Would cost me over $10 to send back ! Very small not stable ,would love to send back but at cost of return I would just keep ! Do not recommend ,spend a bit more and get four wheels suitcase has no bottom leg to stand up so it falls forward every time.
I thought this luggage would be perfect for my vacation but when I took it out of the box I stuffed it into my closet without taking a close look at it. Since I'm nearing my trip I pulled it out and noticed that it stood slanted. I was curious if it would topple over so I left it alone and walked out of the room, and it did. I tried putting something inside just to see if I could balance it out but the problem was still there. So, I had to return it. Luggage is one thing I won't buy on Amazon.
