The trays are decent and handy but the lids are a joke! As a single guy my go to when invited to social events are deviled eggs as they're relatively easy and inexpensive to make... And everyone loves them. (except my girlfriend) I expected a serving tray with a sealing locking lid, what I got was serving trays with flimsy non fitting lids that don't lock securely or even close tight nevermind seal. Deviled eggs can be prone to causing odours so there's no way you could store in these containers in the refrigerator.
Do not buy this product. Even IF you manage to get the lids snapped on without demolishing the eggs, the lids have gaps so do not sit tight. I didn't even bother trying them with eggs after the stuggle to even get the lids to snap on. This product went straight to the garbage. Sad that I was forced to give it even ONE star!
The top does not fit the bottom closely enough for the snaps to work, so you cannot use it for travelling unless you wrap it with something else to hold the lid on. Cute idea, but it falls short of what it was designed to accomplish.
They are stackable but found they were not as sturdy as I thought they would be. I think overall, they should be made a bit stronger and more durable. That would make them better for picnic baskets and overall be more durable for everyday use. If one wants to use these as disposable items to use and throw away, they are perfect for this only. The snaps don't snap well for closure. I am always honest!
Very poor quality, lits to not affix to base at all because they are too flimsy, tabs are nearly failing after just two attempts to latch. This would barely be worth $5 for the pair.. could not even use
I just got these and used them right away. I love the way they look and are easy to use but what I don't like is the plastic is thin and I would say dollar store cheap. I don't foresee these lasting and for the price I would have though they would have been made thicker like Rubbermaid containers instead of the thin type of plastic.
