To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Since I have not had the chance to mount and ride these new tires it's kinda hard to rate them. Wait a minute, they are the same tires as the one that came on my bike 3200 miles ago. Yes, I have had to replace the rear at 1500 miles and now the front but the bike is in the shop getting the Lefty serviced and a drive train issue resolved so until I get it back the tires are in the garage, with tubes, awaiting a tubeless mounting. I like these tires on this bike. 2017 Cannondale Scalpel Carbon 3. They provide good traction, and ride very fast thanks to the design of the tread. Lightweight and set up tubless with little to no issues. At least the last one did.
There isn't many brands making 650b tires, so I found there tires work perfectly in muddy conditions. My only concern is they are a little bit too thin, so there is a need to be extra careful with rocks and roots. I find it expensive, compared to the price of the 26', I hope some other brands other than Kenda and Schwalbe start making theirs soon!!!
Grippy and fast on our local trails which consist of DG and packed sand/gravel with loose marbles on the surface. The wide spaced knobs get through the loose surface to the hardpack and sticks well in the turns for such a fast rolling tire. Don't know about the wear yet, but given the grip I suspect that will be the trade-off for speed. Can't have everything.
