I have been using Wella shampoo and conditioner for course hair for months now and loved it. I had been buying it from my hair stylist. I ran out and purchased these from Amazon. These are NOTthe same products! My hair instantly was limp after using it. The conditioner is like the cheap conditioner you buy at the store that over conditions your hair and leaves a layer of some chemical. I used it for 2 weeks before I gave up. So, I would not recommend buying these from Amazon. They are NOT the real deal.
I thought I had purchased an authentic product. Until I realized how greasy my hair has been. Ever since I stopped using it my hair has been AMAZING. The difference was not even a question. This is not the real product. Ive been using the fake product so long I didn't even realize until I STOPPED USING IT. Really sad that they are taking people money and selling fake stuff on Amazon. Very disheartening.
I was given a sample of wella from a friend that sells it. It was amazing on my hair and smelled great. Unfortunately, this seems to be a fake product. It still smells okay and my hair did okay with it, but definitely not the real deal and I can tell the difference
So I’m going to be one of those “I never write reviews” people because I’m 99% sure that the Wella shampoo and conditioner I bought off Amazon is completely FAKE! I’ve been using it for a year and struggled with my hair being super dry/frizzy. I would need to use huge palm-sized amounts of conditioner to not even get my hair untangled and not have a rinse out enough and leave a greasy residue. Then, I had to use “It’s a 10” to wrestle a brush through my hair—all problems I attributed to getting my hair bleached! Thankfully, I watched the “Broken” docuseries on Netflix that showed counterfeit beauty products that made me realize that I was conned! Lo and behold, I buy the same product from an Ulta store and overnight the quality of my hair improves—I apply conditioner and I can untangle my hair within minutes and it’s not a frizzy, tangled mess. Save your money and your hair
This is not the real product. The smell isn't even the same. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS! I threw mine out. The real stuff has a pleasant, faintly floral scent, this stuff smelled like chemicals and was a strange consistency.
Been living my course/colored hair since I stumbled upon this product at a legit beauty brands store. Made my hair feel like absolute straw! Shampoo wont lather, literally won’t lather. Conditioner useless. Going into garbage after 3 uses. So angry it took me a little while to initially open it or i’d be screaming for my $ back.
Received damaged products. Shampoo and conditioner was all over the box. At least half the conditioner and almost of the shampoo are in the box. Been trying too resolve this issue for almost a week now without any success. Not very happy!
They have changed the original amazing formula and replaced it with a vile impostor. I'm so sad! The original Wella Brilliance is the most divine smelling product and worked so well to smooth coarse hair while preserving color for miles! Don't be fooled. INVIGO with the lime caviar (whatever that is) is NOT the same product as the original.
I actually love this product, but had ordered the shampoo and conditioner in advance of actually needing it before my last order ran out. I finally opened it today to find that both bottles are shampoo, so my poor review is just to alert others to double check their order as soon as they receive it to be sure they get shampoo and conditioner, not two liters of just shampoo.
