After half year of usage. It's getting noisier and noisier. I used to keep it in my room. Several months ago I moved it into living room b/c of the sound. And I can hear it in my room with my door closed.
What a waste of money! I bought one and it lasted 6 months! I got no support from Marshall, pretty much told me too bad! I even asked if I could buy another fridge the same size and put the Marshall door on it and they said no. Lots of help they were. Save your money!
So I ordered this fridge online but there was a problem so I sent it back. But when I got a replacement, that one never started either. I had to move away for a brief period so my fridge stayed in storage. When I returned, I found my replacement fridge didn’t work either.
I want to start off by giving Amazon customer support 5-stars; they are great!! The item arrived and was damaged. The right rear corner of the fridge was smashed in. Amazon arranged a UPS pick-up on the damaged fridge and a 2-day delivery on a replacement. The second one arrived as scheduled and, as pointed out by the UPS guy, the box/package had a few slits and one decent size puncture, but the fridge looked ok. Plugged it in; you could hear it running, but it would not cool. Amazon offered a refund or another replacement and I opted for the refund. This this is sooooo cool in appearance; very disappointed.
Poor quality workmanship. Bad box. You are paying for the novelty, not for a good fridge. Very dissatisfied. Took 3 replacements due to factory damages, and even the third has problems with the door seals.
I love the idea of this fridge. A friend of mine owns one and it looks amazing, so I know undamaged ones exist. Mine came damaged the first time with huge gashes on the side and back. Amazon then issued a replacement, but this one was smashed on the top. The main thing that got me was the fact that it is a really impractical item to return. The box is so large and heavy that it became a nuisance to open it up only to discover a damaged item that needed to be repackaged and shipped back. Amazon does offer pick-up, but this is relatively useless if you have a job and don't live at home all day long. I decided to stop gambling with Marshall and settle for something far less flattering and more functional.
