This rack is largely garbage. If you have side pull brakes with dual pivots, the seatstay arms will interfere with your brakes. The dropout arms are fat pieces of aluminum that will not fit against the dropouts because they will rub against your axle nuts or quick release hardware. I can't imagine this design fits many bikes at all. If it does, there are no bushings or washers for most of parts that connect to the rack so they will be noisy and loose in time. Would not buy again.
Review UPDATE, make sure you put, locktight or something on with it, the bolts come off, didn't notice until it was rubbing against my tire. Also on the bottom sides there's no hooks or anything to strap things down to it, and when you bungee cord something it slides everywhere.
This is my review, bought with my own money hahaha.
Everything about this fits, except it is missing a part worth probably about 10 cents. They cut the tiniest corner by leaving that out and the whole thing is useless. I have 2 bikes, a ten speed and a regular one. Neither has bolt holes on the "seat stay" as they assume. I got a similar bike rack from BELL and they included the 10 cent part that goes around the seat stay so you have something to bolt the mounting arms to. My regular bike is the exact model used by thousands of people at burning man. Like one of the most common bikes on earth. They saved 10 cents and made it worthless.
If it weren't for the trouble of mailing this back, I would do it. When I bought it the page stated that it is "Adjustable to fit most 26"–29" bicycle frames..." Well my wife has a 26" frame and the 9 inch mounting arms that the rack comes with are not long enough to install it properly. I called Ibera and told them of the problem and they said to go on Amazon and buy a seat post mount. I informed them that if the mounting arms were 12 inches it would work. The representative said that Ibera only makes the 9 inch arms. Instead of the seat post mount, I went on Amazon and bought the "Topeak Extra Long Mounting Arms" for $10.75 but now I have to wait until they get here to mount the rack. Apparently from all the 5 star reviews on the Topeak Mounting Arms that I ordered, many people had the same problem with short mounting arms and are now, with the longer mounting arms, able to mount the rack properly.
