These are good quality raw denim. They feel uncomfortable at first but they will eventually mold to your body. I recommend taking a pair of jeans that you already own and measure the upper thigh, knee, leg opening, and front rise. Then take those measurements and choose the size that closely matches them. I did this and am happy with the fit. Only issue is the inseam is standard at 34” which isn’t a problem because I can just get them hemmed to my preference. I can’t wait to see how these fade.
I've read several reviews here saying to buy one size up as the jeans will loosen up. I do not recommend that. I normally wear a size 30, and decided to go with my regular size and it's almost too tight in the wrong places. They ride up to just under your belly button and fit super tight. Since they ride up so high, if you sit the wrong way or bend forward too often the denim will dig into your gut and leave a painful mark. If they shrink after a wash I don't see these working out. Very little room in the crotch, loosens up a bit in the thigh. The front pockets are useless as you can barely fit your fingers in them, let alone any items. I'm being generous giving these 4 stars in the hopes that the waist will loosen up with more wear. They look great and feel sturdy. If that doesn't happen, however, these will be trash. Don't size down! If anything order one size up.
Perfect fit for guys with skinny legs. I don't like real skinny jeans, just a good slim fit and was debating getting the 201 taper fit, but after trying these on I know they would have been too baggy. These are perfect. I generally wear a 31 in most brands and got a 31 in these and they fit real nice. You could size down one if you like a more skinny fit, but that would be too much for me especially in stiff raw denim.
This is my first pair of raw selvedge denim. The fit is pretty tight which is perfect for me as I am tall and slim. I would compare the fit to a slightly slimmer version of JCrew 484s. It can be a bit difficult to slip your foot in and out of the leg hole. My waist measures 31 inches and I ordered a size 30. The 34 inch length gives me enough room to roll it up once or twice depending on the shoes I'm wearing. I would highly recommend these jeans to others, they look great! The jeans begun fading fairly quickly with visible wallet fades starting to come in just after a few weeks.
These fit great as long as you don't wash them. I can't go forever without washing, so after a few months I washed them. The waist shrunk almost 1 inch, which was fine because the waist fit big to begin with, but the length shrunk a good 2-3 inches. They now look like floods, not in a good way. I wanted them to stack at the ankles, but now they hang above my shoes.
Eh. These jeans fit perfect. They are good weight for salvage denim. They are straight stitched and comfy. They are $90 jeans. Prices right! The bad? The front belt loops are stitched into the pockets. So my man hands have a hard time getting things out of my pocket. Maybe my jeans are an anomaly? B+ jeans.
A beautiful pair of jeans, especially for the price. I would advise you size down on these to get the proper fit. They are listed as "Tight" but they are definitely a true slim jean with an aggressive taper, not at all skin tight.. just right. As I mentioned before, you should size down as these may feel tight around your waist first time trying on, they will stretch out after some wear. Amazing has size 34 about 20 bucks cheaper than 33's so I tried my luck with the 34s.. I could have certainly rocked the 34s, but as a raw jean that I plan to wear pretty much every other day, I knew I needed to return these for the 33's.
These are great. Remember that they're supposed to fit tight brand new. If you can slip them on easily straight away then they are eventually going to stretch out a bit too much, forcing you to either order a smaller pair or gain some weight, whichever you feel is the more preferable.
I love the way these fit and the denim feels very sturdy but it seems the weak link is the stitching. the stitching on the butt ripped about 2 weeks after purchasing these. The quality in general doesn't seem too great. They do look and fit amazing and they would be my go to if they were a little better quality.
