Not convinced by these. Ordered a Large size as recommended/per sizing chart: still extremely tight band around the waist. Shame as these could be very comfortable. They weren't cheap either so money down the drain. I'd recommend if you still want to try, go at least one size up.
i've used a fair amount of underAmour products as base layers over the years with good and bad luck. Currently using the Under Armour Men's HeatGear Armour Short Sleeve Compression Shirt & Longsleever version --great tops. Used in 100+ rides and it pulls that sweat out. crazy ufo tech. Anyhow: This bottom...not so much. halfway between compression and leggings. (maybe it was more of my mistake) . Used on 90F+ ride and the boys were hot. Seams hit right under the boys and on the sides of my ass.. Maybe this is best for gym rats?
Bought these for my husband and he wore them 2-3 times a week for 3 mile runs. Laundered gently. Within 3 months, the crotch area has holes and the material is wearing thin in a number of places. FWIW, I got him the correct size and they fit him great, they're just poor quality... I read another review suggesting maybe these are knockoffs. I don't know, but I've never been so disappointed with UA. Going with another brand next time.
The sizing guide doesn’t include height so when my small compression pants arrived and were massively too long it was an issue. The cuffs sat comfortably around my toes whilst the waistband landed somewhere above my belly button. I would suggest going a size smaller if you’re a bit shorter.
