To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Obviously not in league with Shure Mics costing hundreds of dollars more, but very good performance for the money. I use them to back up my wireless mics in case cordless receiver battery runs down. would work better with a dedicated pre-amp, but adequate paired with my Bose S1 Pro speaker for small gatherings.
Bought these as some temporaries for my band, they work and sounds pretty good for now, but don’t use the 1/4 to XLR cables provided if the equipment you’re using has an XLR input, use your own balanced XLR to XLR cable, you will get much better and louder sound than with the provided cable.
These mics work very well for general use and are similar in specs to a Shure SM58 with one exception; they don't handle high volumes well without severe clipping. If you are a light singer you might not even notice it.
