Just total junk. My 10 week old puppy found out how to unzip it within 2 days and also found a tiny hole that was there when delivered and I thought would be ok, but she saw it and made it bugger. Horrible quality. I paid a whole lot for her. Thank goodness I didn't believe what was written about the sturdiness of this contraption, or my dog would've be gone due to this junkie net like cage. What a disgrace you would sell something like this. Did you get it from Wish?
Wish it worked for us but it's way too flimsy. My cat freaked out when this thing folded on her. He's used to play pens (we leave it in the yard so he can lounge on the sun); it's not safe if not enclosed as we have coyotes and he is a curious cat after all. Anyway, I went with the XL size, but it's just not sturdy, he tried to move around and it folded on him. Otherwise it's a great size. I'm returning it.
I was using this playpen for my three foster kittens. It is perfect and exactly what I needed to keep the kittens separate from my cat. It allowed for easy access and was easy to clean. BUT, it does not last against sharp claws. My cat and kittens have completely torn the mesh to shreds. So, if you are using it for puppies, this is probably perfect. But if you actually want to keep cats inside of this thing, you better hope they have dull nails.
The size, weight, and ability to fold was great, however it didn’t even last a month. I had a different brand, same size, but it had a zip out bottom for easy cleaning when soiled, and also lasted almost 3 years. This was very flimsy quality, and just fell apart. I was very disappointed with this product.
I bought this for my pug to birth her puppies in. It's hard to fold up without 2 people. She also tips it right over and puppies would fly everywhere. There is no way I could ever have used this outdoors because my dogs would have got out and ran off. She also ripped the mesh open on day 1.
Our 8lb, 9 week old puppy collapsed this thing almost instantly when we put her in it. She put her paws up on the side of it and two sides came right down. Total fail. If you have a calmer dog or cat, I can see this working well. It is easy to set up and take down, but if your pet jumps, good luck. This is going back.
I really like this product, but it is very flimsy. I have a one month old duck and a 6 week old chicken ( so no teeth) in the large pen. It is roomy for them. And I have kept it beded well but the have still managed to create tears in it on the bottom edge. Only made worse by not having a way to patch, ( duct tape won't stick). I had hoped this would be a good, safe pen for chicks but it looks like I'll only get one use out of it. Hopefully it will last 3 more weeks so it's safe to release our birds...
I had two puppies(6-8 weeks old) and this would topple over as they would jump against the sides. I was using this inside to keep them corraled in our living room and they would end up knocking it over. May be better for older dogs that you want in a confined space but not for young energetic puppies.
