5-star warmer... 3-star dispenser...

Overall, this wipe warmer/dispenser is a solid product; however, in my experience it's a 5-star warmer and about a 3-star wipe dispenser. We use Huggies Natural Care wipes and this does not feed them very well. A little too often, the next wipe doesn't come through the opening in the dispenser. Having to unlock and open the dispenser to manually feed through the next wipe while in the middle of a diaper change can be kind of irritating. It may work great with another brand/variety of wipes, but definitely something to be aware of if you happen to use Huggies Natural Care. The warming mechanism is located near the top opening and works very well. As a warmer, this is a far superior product to other wipe warmers that we have tried. We have never had to add water to keep the wipes moist and they are consistently just about the perfect temperature. Also, the light and viewing window are nice features. We have been using this for about 2 months and it is still working like brand new. Bottom line, this a good product and I would recommend it.

First of all... let me say that every time I pull a wipe out of this warmer I think of the piece of paper that comes with it that says it's not supposed to make the wipes steaming hot, but just take the shock out of a wet wipe... and I laugh.

This wipes warmer is awesome! 8 months of using room temperature wipes, around 3 months my son decided he HATES diaper changes. He has eczema and very sensitive skin and we have been using cloth diapers, but used disposable wipes for about 6 months of his life. I never thought to get a warmer because a lot of people said they didn't make a difference.
When we switched to cloth wipes I initially bought an OXO wipe container (not the warmer). I like the container, but I now use it for dry wipes (to pat dry after wiping so that he had a fresh clean, dry butt). I eventually placed his changing mat under a play gym (the kind with hanging toys) to try to make changes more bearable for my on the move kid. It helped... a little... but it's how I noticed that one thing that had him incredibly upset was the cold wipes (he'd scream as soon as I started wiping).

So I purchased this warmer.
Now, I'm not going to say it's fixed the tantrums he has during diaper changes. The kid wants to play all the time and doesn't like interruptions. It just takes too much time for him - important time that he could be getting into things and crawling around (how dare I)! But... it has improved things. He doesn't scream when I clean him anymore.

The wipes are nice and warm to the touch, enough that excess liquid creates condensation on the lid. I've started using them for wiping his face after he has his purees even (with no complaints from him). I have cold hands and I definitely notice the difference in temperature. Don't let the leaflet fool you - this warmer works great and the wipes are indeed warm!

My only complaint (and the reason I deducted one star) is because the window in the front is not a water-tight seal. You won't notice this if you use pre-moistened wipes, but since I use cloth wipes that I pour (purified) water over, I have noticed this when I prepare a fresh batch. Once the water soaks into the wipes I don't have leaks though so it's not a big deal for me (and could be easily remedied with some silicone or another sealant).

Well.... that and the light on our unit doesn't work... at all (we don't care because night changes are a thing of the past for us, but still).

Overall: I'm glad we made the leap and purchased this warmer. It works great and really helps keep changes tolerable for our little guy.

Very Useful! But can be Improved

Nine months in use and still working properly. As you can see in the images the part were you pull the wipes became yellowish and one part has been teared off. But the heater still works and the wipes are warn when you pulled them out.
My little one loves it. If you clean your baby in the day, no big deal but if you do it in the middle of the night, you will see that he is not very happy when the cold wipe gets in touch with their skin. This warms slightly heats the wipes just enough so when enters in contact with the baby he will not be disturbed. The hot is just the exact amount and you will see that the wipes are still wet and do not dry. There is no need to add water and is very easy to use. We use Sam’s wipes and the size fit properly but because of the amount of wipes, you need push a little harder the lid to close the wipe warmer and for the first 3-5 wipes will be a little difficult to pull but after that everything will be ok.

Very Nice Warmer, but has trouble locking in place with new wipe package

My 3yo son used to scream when we would wipe him down because the wipes are too cold...I finally broke down and bought this and now he LOVES to get wiped down!

I really do like this warmer, but I had to knock a star for the Locking Feature. In the box there is a handout that specifically states that the manufacturer of this product recommends Kirkland (Costco) brand baby wipes, and that is exactly what we use, but a brand new package is just a bit too large to fit in here. This causes the locking mechanism to not quite stay shut until you use enough wipes to get it fully locked in place.
I do like the recommendation to pour in a half cup of water with some Lavender oil, this helps keep it moist and smells great.
Overall this is a really nice warmer, I just wish it was maybe 2cm larger to fit in brand new packages.

Honestly, my 2nd child doesn't seem to care whether wipes are room temp or warm! I'll keep using it for now. My biggest gripe with using this, is that you always seem to be running out of wipes, so I wish it was bigger. Then again, during newborn times you go through a ridiculous amount of wipes, but that's when this is most important. You go to fill the warmer and can't fully fill it because otherwise you end up pulling a huge, unusable gob out, which is extra frustrating at 3am when you only have one hand (because of those flailing little angry legs you're trying to keep out of poo!) I like the soft night light, I still supplement with our wonderful NTMY mushroom silicone nightlight. Gotta be able to SEE that mustard... Another gripe I have is over the opening tabs- they switch position on you while filling. Be sure to add water! Would be nice if this kept wipes a little warmer so that by the time they reach baby's bum they were a more cozy warm. And I use thick Huggies Natural Care wipes- best wipes in my opinion. Overall, I like this product and am happy that I got an open box one to save a few bucks. $35 really isn't worth the hassle to me.

I have been using this wipe warmer for a few months now and I really like it! I was in the camp of “wipe warmers are silly! I don’t need one!” until my baby arrived and HATED diaper changes. I decided that anything I could do to keep baby more comfortable (and maybe not wake up as much during night changes) was worth a try. This wipe warmer takes the chill out of wipes and definitely makes diaper changes a bit more comfortable for baby. If using a dryer wipe I do add a bit of water to the bottom of the warmer but, wipes that are more wet do not seem to dry out or require the addition of water. The night light isn’t super amazing but I didn’t buy this warmer to double as a night light so that doesn’t change my opinion on the warmer as a whole. The lock feature could be a bit better. I find the side sliders very easy to move, which sometimes results in accidentally bumping it to the locked position when I am trying to open it.

Great for winter babies!

We purchased this for our baby who was born in January in hopes that we could make those cold diaper changes less painful for our new little bundle of joy. This warmer was surprisingly easy to use--you just put the wipes in a plug it in--and worked great! It's not too big and fits on our diaper change cart. The temperature was perfect and not too hot, making those middle of the night changes no problem. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that my previous warmer broke (just the teeth at the top that separate wipe from wipe, so it's still functioning). Customer service was great and really responsive, I just wasn't thrilled about the fact they wanted me to cut the cord to render it completely unusable. This seemed unnecessary and just contributes to the waste (e-waste nonetheless!) that having children generates. Aside from that, I would get this product for any new mom!

We used 2 types of baby wipes - they would not feed thru, we finally got a weight holder from another unit and put on top of the wipes. Still did not feed thru, but wipes were warm and we just raised the whole lid to get the wipes out. Weighted thing kept it from turning over when lid went all way back. 4 stars because if was warm and also had a small light that would turn off/on. But did not feed thru, we also used different size stacks... You had to use wipes quick or they cooled down fast. So we'd pull several loose for future after each change.

Great concept, but faulty product. Rubber part of dispenser tore within 1 week of light use.

Update: I wrote to the company for a replacement. Their customer service is incredible and they sent me a replacement very quickly!

I do worry the product is not very durable, but with their guarantee and customer service you can’t go wrong. Truthfully, even with the missing rubber piece, it is still functional just harder to pull just one wipe out. Our baby is much less fussy during changes with the warmer wipes. Just takes the chill off which is all he really needs. It helps to keep the wipe stack pretty full to get optimal heat

I’ve used this warmer for 3 months now and think it’s great! It doesn’t super heat the wipes, just takes the chill off and makes them slightly warm, which is perfect. I have noticed the brand of wipes used affects how well they’re heated, though. I’ve used Pampers Sensitive, Huggies Natural Care, and our local grocery store brand - the Pampers work best. The Huggies are too thick to heat thoroughly, and the store brand just wasn’t a great material to begin with. I didn’t have a problem with any brand of wipes losing moisture- they were all kept nice and damp without adding any extra water.
My only complaint is that the rubber shield on the dispenser that keeps all the wipes from coming out at once is starting to tear. Once it fully tears I anticipate it will no longer be so easy/convenient to use, making me either not use it, or replace it. Kind of a bummer, as I’d want and expect a longer life out of it, BUT, it does do exactly what I want it to, and what it advertises, so I would recommend it and buy it again.
