These jeans arrived with such a strong chemical smell it fills up a room. I have now soaked them overnight in baking soda and washed with vinegar + detergent in the machine 5 times & it is still just as strong. Every time I soak them black dye leaks everywhere. This is concerning. What kind of chemicals are being used in this product? Does it pose a health risk? Even if it isn't bad for your health - the smell is offensive. Do not recommend.
It ripped at the thigh within a month. It looks great, but the material is cheap and not very durable. It fit me well, but the waist was a little too big, so I had to wear a belt. The fit wasn’t my major issue with the jeans, it was the material
The fit is fine, fabric is not soft or comfy, but I guess reasonable for ~$17. BUT....the weird chemical smell is STRONG and just gross. I was literally spraying the jeans with airfreshener in the bathroom and work and it did nothing. I've washed them twice now using the strongest detergent, as well as those little scent bead things you put in the washer...no luck just as strong and offputting. Sigh. Sadly they even made my other clothes smell too, ugh. The cheap price is tempting but just not worth the stench.
I wanted a pair of black skinny jeans and I thought that's what I was getting because, you know, that's what these are listed as. Nope. The fabric was so flimsy that they felt like a pair of tights. They felt and looked cheap. And yes, there was a strong, noxious chemical smell. I returned them and did what I should have done to begin with, which was to pay a higher price for my go-to brand; I love the jeans I got to replace these. I should have known better than to be fooled by a lower price tag. I won't buy this brand again.
I bought these for work. They came and were too tight, I'm normally a size 1, so exchanged for 3. First thing I noticed was that they stunk. Its a horrid, horrid chemichal smell I washed the size 3 once they faded after one wash. I didnt care... they're work pants. I wore the pants to work. I got home and took them off and they made my legs smell like chemicals. Kinda like nair but much worse. I took a shower but the smell was still there and I had to shower again. If you have sensitive skin be very cautious.
I just now washed them again in the sink. They still reek like chemicals and they are still fading. I'm just hoping I can get rid of the chemichal smell because it's too late to get a refund now.
I normally love Celebrity Pink jeans, which tend to be stretchy and run about a size larger, but these jeans are completely different. I’m normally a size 6 or 7 in this brand so I ordered the 7, but it was way too small and tight. The material was also stiff with very little stretch. I’m not sure if maybe this is a knockoff, or maybe this style is just a dud. I had to return it though.
I love this brand as they are so comfy, well made, fit like a glove, and wash well. BUT this particular pair arrived with such an awful chemical smell that would not wash out aftee repeates washings and even made my skin smell after I attempted ro wear them despite the smell.
I got two sizes bigger than my pants size but it looks like a size zero instead! It's so small that I cant fit a leg in it. It says the right size that I ordered but there is no way it is! I've ordered Asian sizes and American sizes and never have I received such a wrong size! I cant give you a review on how it fits length and fit wise.. I can only tell you it's way smaller that it claims to be!
These jeans smelled horribly straight out of the package! I washed twice and the smell seemed to intensify. They smelled like some type of fuel. They were giving me a headache just being in my house, to the point I threw them away instead of arranging a return.
