To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Found at a Public grocery store while on vacation and immediately bought when I returned home. This conditioner is truly AMAZING. I have super course, curly hair, brittle and damaged from coloring. Love the way it immediately softens my hair!
3-29-2020 Update: I ordered what appeared to be a three-pack (a three-pack is what was pictured in the ad); I received a 2-pack. I went back and read the product description and, yes, it says two-pack. My bad, but I think this is misleading advertising to have a picture of one thing, and then you receive something different. When I ordered I didn't read the product description, I already use this product, I don't need to read the description. I assume I'm getting three because that was what was pictured. So, even though I like this product, I'm giving a 2-star review for deceptive advertising.
Was pretty excited when the product came and it snarled good, my hair felt smooth and soft during the use but after the rinse, my hair is all frizzy (the most frizzy I have seen in years). It’s like they have been through some slight electric shock. There is also this little itch on scalp and back of neck
bottles tiny in person I didn't look how many onces always looks the same as picture online. This time I was wayyyyyyy disappointed, but the smell and directions were great. Also left my hair manageable just used it.
Product was ok but I had to pre-shampoo my hair for any chance of this co-wash lathering in my hair. Using the co-wash more the once on it’s own did not result in lather. Finally gave away to someone with shorter - less than an inch - hair.
The bottle didn't have a pump which is so much easier to use in the shower. It came with a pop top, the kind where you push down on one side and then you have to pick up the bottle and squeeze out the amount you need. I will take the pump off of my old bottle when it is done and put it on my new bottle.
