Nice bags with zippers that seem sturdy. However, if you are like me and need to wash these I would not recommend. I've only washed them once, but had to cut a ton of threads from the inside after the wash. Several, when I pulled on them they kept unraveling. I just stopped pulling and cut those where they were. I still plan to use these. I wear a size 11 in women's and about a 9 in men's. The large size bag will fit my pair of men's work boots, probably no more. The small bag will fit 2 pairs of my flip flops.
My boyfriend bought these for us to use and put our clothes in while at the gym and for after showering. While the inside portion of the bags do prevent from water/fluid leakage on damp clothing, I'm a person who likes to ensure anything that has touched sweat is cleaned (by more than just a simple wipe down), so I put them in the washer. The inside material broke down relatively quickly and the bags are no longer technically waterproof, which is okay, because we still use them, I just have found another option for storing my clothing/toiletries while at the gym. Other than so-so durability, the bags are quite small, which is fine for my clothing or someone who may not take much, but not so much for someone who may have thicker clothing.
I’m gonna be honest, I didn’t read closely enough about the differing sizes with these. I thought one was *kinda* smallish for shoes, and the other was bigger for boots. I didn’t realize it was a men/ women or children sort of thing. As such, I bought four bags, and can only use two of them. They should emphasis this is a “family pack” or something a bit more.
I got these shoe bags for a running trip so I could stop stuffing my running shoes into leftover plastic bags, but they're nowhere near as roomy as the description indicates. My size 9-9.5 men's running shoes are almost impossible to fit into the smaller bags, and I don't think they'll hold up well to how I have to squeeze the shoes into them. I can get my shoes into the larger bags, but I really would have liked to be able to used all four bags.
These are very, very lightweight and I don't know how many trips they're going to last, but it beats throwing your shoes in a plastic shopping bag. My husband wears size 10-1/2 men's shoes and they were tight in these bags. I wear size 9 womens sneakers and they fit fine - not much room width-wise, but plenty length wise.
